Insurance? We will file for you

At Bufano & Bufano, we file your dental insurance claims for you, only your co-pay is due at the time of service. Our practice accepts most dental insurance programs as an out-of-network provider. We are an in-network premiere provider with Delta Dental.

Our staff will prepare all the necessary forms for your dental claims and file them on your behalf. However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. We are not responsible for how your insurance company manages its claims or what benefits they allow on a claim. We can only assist you in estimating your co-pay. Our staff will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company to verify coverage.

The fees charged for services rendered to those who are insured are the usual and customary fees charged to all our patients. Your policy may base its allowances on a fixed fee schedule, which may or may not coincide with our usual fees.
